Who is Eros Events?
It is no secret that New York is often ranked one of the worst cities for dating in America. Studies show that arranged marriages have a divorce rate in the single digits while US “love marriages” have an average divorce rate of 40%. Is there something to be said about curating a connection?
The questions used for icebreakers during match meets are curated from Arthur Aron’s much referenced ‘36 Questions That Lead to Love’. Some questions may also be based on our favorite relationship therapist Esther Perel’s games which are also aimed at building intimacy. Once matched, guests will receive a card with several more questions to keep the conversation flowing.

Yes, you can bring your own mask within the dress code guidelines.
We offer a credit for use for future matchmaking events up until February 20th, 2026. In order to preserve the experience for others, please plan ahead. Unfortunately, refunds are not offered.
The next Eros event will be held once again at Little More Tribeca on Sunday May 3rd, 2026.
Both cocktails and mocktails will be offered for welcome drink options. Little More makes fabulous mocktails for our NA crowd.
While there is no formal coat check, there will be ample coat rack space by the host stand.
While there is no strict dress code, chic dresses/suits, buttons, collars, ties and scarves are encouraged. Please dress to impress.
Yes, all guests will be matched at least once.
It is recommended for guests to arrive between 7 and 7:30pm. From 7:30-9, our poetry talent will intermittently deliver short pieces to stoke the romance while the matchmakers rotate couples to the downstairs speakeasy. In the speakeasy, matchmakers will break the ice with questions or a game before leaving couples to chat for 10-15 minutes. Guests will be given a card with additional questions to keep the conversation going once back upstairs in the bar area. All guests will be matched a minimum of once, time permitting.
